Roofing Project in Foristell, MO
For this project, the original roofing on this two-story home was replaced due to severe damage from a hailstorm. We used a limited lifetime landmark shingle from Certainteed.
The homeowners said, "When we chose Schneider Roofing and Remodeling we were very pleased. The guys were all nice and took great care of the house. They did break a small bush, but the owner was quick to fix the problem. It was very hot when they did the job; however, they kept the roof cool and prevented damage with water. Thanks for the roof!"
Hailstorm Roofing Replacement
Following a hailstorm, this St. Charles home received significant damage. We replaced the roofing using new landmark shingles from Certainteed, installed new 5” gutters, and replaced siding as needed to match the existing siding.
The homeowner said, "We were hit by a hail storm, and in a very short time we were approached by numerous storm companies. We knew Charlie from a church we went to, so we asked if he could help us out, knowing we could trust him. He looked at our work and came up with a fair bid. All the work went smooth and fast. We now have new gutters, roof, and some siding!"
New Construction Roofing Project
This home was a new construction, we used Slateline shingles from Tamko for the project. In addition to the roofing, we also installed all the copper flashing on this beautiful new home. The homeowner said, "Thanks for doing a great job on our roof. The shingles and flashing turned out excellent. Plus, thanks for showing up and completing the job as promised."
Historic Home
This home originally had asbestos and cedar shake on the roof. It had to be re-decked, and then we replaced the roof shingles with a landmark tri-laminated shingle. Our goal here was to replace the old roofing, but to complete the project in a way that fits with the look and feel of the historic home.
The homeowner said, "My house is over a hundred years old and is in a historic area. I needed someone to find the right product for my home. Schneider Roofing and Remodeling did my father’s house a few years ago; I was confident that they could help me, too. My house looks great, and now that the roof is dry we can begin remodeling."
Squirrel Problems
The owner of this rental property was having problems with squirrels that had found a way in through a damaged roof. The original slate roof was heavily damaged, but the owner really liked the look of the slate. We removed the old slate roof and installed a Grand Manor shingle by Certainteed to give him the reliability of modern materials with the classic look of slate.
The property owner says, "I have a rental that needed a roof. The worst part was that squirrels got in and were causing huge problems. I was so worried that they would get trapped in the house when the roof was being done. One of the workers told me of an electronic device that gets the squirrels out. Wow! It worked and I was so relieved! The roof looks great, too. I had an old slate roof. We re-installed a slate look-a-like shingle. Thanks so much!"
Church Roof Installation in O’Fallon, MO
The original roof on this O’Fallon church was heavily damaged in a hailstorm. This was a fairly large project, as the entire roof had to be replaced. The church says, "Thanks for installing the new roof after a hail storm."

This ranch-style home in St. Charles needed a roof replaced, but it was important that the new roof fit with the aesthetic of the home. With older brick homes like this, low-quality roofing materials can look out of place, so we choose a style that complemented the design of the home.
